Stop leaving thousands in NYC tax abatement unclaimed
Share your building address when booking. We will review its eligibility before your call.

Every filing handled personally. Every dollar pursued.

Many buildings are quietly leaving money on the table.
The abatement can lower each owner’s property taxes by roughly 17.5% to 28.1%. But it must be filed correctly, including proper documentation, every year, by a firm city deadline. That job shouldn’t fall on volunteer board members who are already busy with full time jobs.
Here’s how we help you
No win, no fee
You pay only from the savings recovered.
Filed in your name
The submission goes in the building’s own name.
One filing mastered
Singular focus, deep expertise, proven results.

Meet Ori Efroni
I have filed for 122 buildings across NYC, each handled with precision. The Cooperative & Condominium Tax Abatement requires paying attention to every detail and staying ahead of the Department of Finance's requirements. That's my expertise. And with thousands in savings on the line, every submission counts.
My incentives match yours.
I work entirely on contingency. I charge a share of the savings I actually recover, and nothing if I recover nothing. No upfront cost, no risk to the building. I only win when your building wins.

We often find abatements that were missed or under-claimed. We’ll review where things stand at no cost.
Very little. After a short setup, we handle owner outreach and filing directly.
Yes. The abatement can be filed by any representative authorized by the board, or by the board itself. The filler should submit the primary residency status for owners with supporting evidence, collect unit and building information, check the prevailing wage status and more. This is a lot of work for a volunteer board member - we here to help you out.
You can read more about the process in the department of finance website.
